IV-Net Mailout is bundled free with new websites because we really feel that a database is a crucial part of any modern enterprise, and this our way to encourage people to use a database. And if they they find the database helpfull (as we're convinced they will), then they might want to use a more complex system in the future. We have a vested interest!
